Monitor active sessions and login activity to detect suspicious activity in your kintone account. If you’re an administrator, you can review user's account activity like log-in origination, the browser used, operating system, and IP address.

Users with certain access can send messages to entire groups or departments with just a single @mentions. Aside from saving time, it ensures no one gets left out of the conversation.
Go deep with your search
Search just got a whole let better (and faster!) with the ability to search for keywords within tables. A survey by SearchYourCloud revealed “workers took up to 8 searches to find the right document and information.” With kintone's powerful search capabilities, you'll have the information you need as fast as you can type.
More room to share
Everyone loves to share and store their documents in kintone so we've made it easier by extended the drag and drop file attachment feature. Drag over any file and it instantly attach it to any message, workspace or thread.
