New Features
Kintone has added a new feature that lets you view someone's profile by simply clicking on their name. A pop-up window will appear, displaying the person's department affiliation and including links to their messages and profile details. This makes it easier than ever before to access the information you need.
Previously, clicking a user's name would redirect you to the People or profile details page if the People feature was disabled. This new update lets you view profiles seamlessly and stay connected with your team.

The inline editing feature on the record list view has been updated to improve user experience. Previously, when editing a record on the record list view, the column widths would change to unintended sizes, causing users frustration and loss of focus.
However, column widths are retained when editing a record with the new update. This means that users can now edit records seamlessly without worrying about unexpected changes in column widths. This update ensures that users can stay focused on their desired entry points and complete their work without distractions.
The latest update to the view settings allows you to search for fields using keywords. This makes adding fields to your view more accessible, regardless of how many fields you have already added. You no longer have to waste time scrolling through a long list.
A new update that makes it easier to identify the name of an app, even if it belongs to a space. With this update, app names and icons are displayed at the top of the app page for apps in a space, allowing you to quickly understand which app is currently being displayed and easily start the task you need to perform with that app.
In the past, when dealing with in-space apps, the space name was shown at the top of the page, making it difficult to recognize the app name and proceed with checking or inputting app records. This new update improves the user experience and helps streamline app navigation within spaces.
Kintone has completed a facelift of the app settings page design. The view and graph settings pages design have been updated to the current design used since 2016, replacing the old pre-2015 design. Additionally, all app settings pages have been revamped to align with the new design.

New Features in Development
Our Kintone development team is constantly working on new features.
These new features will be added to Kintone's "New Features in Development" without your prior notice.
However, you can enable the new features by navigating to "Kintone Administration," then selecting "Update Options," and finally deciding "New Features in Development" settings. This gives you complete control over the features you want to enable, as they will not be enabled automatically.
Streamline Your Record Editing Process with Double-Click Editing
Introducing a new feature that allows you to edit records more quickly and efficiently. Instead of navigating to the right edge of the list and clicking the Edit button, you can now double-click on the record column in the list view. As a result, the Save and Cancel buttons will appear directly beneath the row for that specific record, streamlining the editing process and saving you time. No more wasted time moving the cursor to edit or save a record!
Introducing the Flow Diagram Feature in Process Management Settings - Visualize Your Workflow with Ease!
Kintone has introduced a new feature to the Process Management Settings page. This feature offers an easy-to-understand flow diagram that displays the status and action settings, allowing users to ensure they are accurately configured. This new feature will enable users to review and improve their settings as needed, leading to a more efficient and effective process.
Other Updates
Update Options is a tool that allows administrators to control how Kintone updates are applied. Administrators can choose when to roll out updates to their team using the options.
To access Update Options, click the gear wheel to the left of the search bar and select "Kintone Administration." Select "Update Options" under "Other."
