Example: If "Kintone" is set as the app code, the record number will now be "Kintone-1". How to set an App Code: 1. From an app, click the gear wheel to navigate to **App Settings**. 2. Click the **App Settings** tab and select **Misc Settings** under **Advanced Settings**.  3. Under **App Code**, enter an app code in the box. 4. Click **Save** on the upper left side of the screen and **Update App**.
