Business transformation can feel like a busy standing-room-only subway train.
It moves fast and takes careful balance to not stumble with every jolt and plow into others. At the same time, it requires careful positioning and timing to squeeze past passengers and get off at the right station. Add that on top of constant delays, unknown smells and pushy bodies and we wonder why we even bother. That's when we need to take a drink from the inspiration water cooler to remind us the train is taking us to exactly where we need to go.
Here's some wisdom from leaders to keep us moving forward in our business transformation goals.
"Every ,-ful organization has to make the transition from a world defined primarily by repetition to one primarily defined by change. This is the biggest transformation in the structure of how humans work together since the Agricultural Revolution." --Bill Drayton
