New Features

Get Quick & Easy Access To Recently Used Apps

You can now use the "Recently Opened Apps" filter on the portal to display the list of apps you last used.

The new filter can also be selected by using the top-left menu then "Apps."

Adding Spaces To Your Favorites

You can add the spaces you frequently visit to your Favorites so they are more easily accessible from the portal.

To Add a Space to Favorites:

Navigate to the space from the portal.
Click the Pin icon on the top right corner.

To See Favorite Spaces:

Click the drop-down under Spaces.
Select "Favorite spaces."

Smart Guides to Align Fields on the App Form

You can align multiple fields for a clean and neat layout. When you're changing field width, you will see thin blue dotted lines to help you align the field with the existing fields.

When you see the dotted lines, release the mouse. Then, the field width automatically snaps to the smart guidelines to give you perfect alignment.

User Feedback Feature

Kintone users can now submit feedback regarding our service from the portal. We encourage all users to send us any feedback, idea, or feature request by clicking the "?" icon then "Help us to improve Kintone" on the upper right.

Option to Export Both Display Name and Login Name for CSV Files

Added a new option to show display names of users, departments, and groups, in addition to the login names, department codes, and group codes in the exported CSV files.

Available Update Options

Update Options is a tool that allows administrators to control how Kintone updates are applied. Using the options, administrators can choose when to roll out updates to their team.

Three options are available:

In June Updates, the following features can be applied to the Update Options:

	New Adding a Space to Your Favorites	The feature can be disabled until the November update is released.
	New Smart Guides to Align Fields on the App Form	The feature can be disabled until the November update is released.

"New Comment" Notifications in Comments Pain

Notifications will display on the record comment pane for immediate review when another user adds a comment. This makes communicating on the comment pane easier and more efficient.
