Being in the same room with a diverse group of people who think deeply about their work with an open mind and a growth mindset.  Interacting and sharing ideas and experiences with such a dynamic group is going to be fabulous! I am looking forward to learning and hearing the wide range of perspectives from everyone. ## What will you be speaking about? In a word: Collaboration. I will be talking about how leaders and teams can take collaboration to the next level.  An organization’s people are still its most valuable asset.  It can be a challenge to keep human connections meaningful in the digital landscape. In today’s digital workplace, there are amazing tools that can be leveraged to enhance, not replace, human to human interactions.   ## Who should attend Kintone Connect and why? From C-suite executives to project managers.  Anyone who is a leader for any kind of team.  We all need collaboration to get things done.  You will gain new insights on how to create a great environment to get the best out of your people in a rapidly evolving digital workplace.   ## What common characteristic do you see in all organizations with high performing teams? Trust.  Leaders in these companies have proactively adopted a trust mindset in the way they interact with their people.  Trust is given from the very beginning.  This quote from Jim Goodnight, the CEO of SAS captures this idea perfectly: *If you treat employees like they make a difference, they will.  * ## What led you to pursue a career in the field of organizational culture and performance?
