From a Space, click the "..." on the top right. 2. Select "Space Settings". 3. Under "Contents in space portal page", check the boxes for the content you'd like to display.  4. This allows you to avoid potential permission mistakes.    ![Product Update](https://blog.kintone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Customer%20Success/Product%20Updates/May%202021/username.png?width=1018&name=username.png)   **Alert Message When You Lose App Management Permission** You will now get an alert message if you lose the app management permission after changing the permission settings. This prevents you from unintentionally removing your app management permission.   ![Product Update](https://blog.kintone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Customer%20Success/Product%20Updates/May%202021/apppermission.png?width=1224&name=apppermission.png) Administrators have management permissions to all of the apps, so the message does not appear to them even if the app management permission is removed through this setting.   **Eliminated Duplicate Buttons on Comment Pane** The "New Comment" notifications on the record comment pane were added in the [April Kintone updates](https://blog.kintone.com/company-news/april-2021-product-update). The duplicated button that lead to the same comment has been removed.    ![duplicated](https://blog.kintone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Customer%20Success/Product%20Updates/April%202021/duplicated.png?width=1152&name=duplicated.png)   **Available Update Options ** Update Options is a tool that allows administrators to control how Kintone updates are applied. Using the options, administrators can choose when to roll out updates to their team.   Three options are available:  ![Product Update](https://blog.kintone.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Customer%20Success/Product%20Updates/May%202021/updateoptions.png?width=573&name=updateoptions.png)   In May Updates, the following features can be applied to the Update Options:    | Option | Available Feature | Notes | | --- | --- | --- | |  ❶ Disable New Features   | Added Additional Functionality to CSV Import | The feature can be disabled until the **August** update is released. | | New Comment Notifications in Comment Pane | The feature can be disabled until the **August** update is released. | | |   New   Edit & Delete Buttons Are Unaccessible from Record List If User Doesn't Have Permission | The feature can be disabled until the August update is released.  | | |  ❷ Preview New Features | None | | |  ❸ New Features in Development | Moving an App from One Public Space to Another |   |   **Mobile Updates** **Copying Record Comment URL to Clipboard** On mobile, you can now copy a record comment URL to your clipboard and then paste it into other places, such as email and SMS messages.
