It happens to the best of us! Here you'll find a quick run through of how an End User and a Kintone Administrator can reset their password.
Before we go into password reset, please note login names are case sensitive and must match your user profile exactly. If you’re positive you have your password correct, it may be that your login name was not entered correctly. Please verify your login name with your Administrator. We highly recommend setting login names as your work email in all lowercase as that is usually easiest to remember.
To Reset Your Password
If you're an End User, click Having Trouble Logging In? from your subdomain login page and enter your email address. You will then get an email with instructions on resetting your password.
If you don’t have that option, it may be that this feature has been disabled or an email address is not associated with your account. For further help, please contact your Kintone Administrator and have them follow the steps outlined here.
If you're an Administrator, please contact another administrator and have them follow the steps outlined here.
If you're the only Administrator for your account, please fill out this form and contact Support. We're happy to help you regain access to Kintone.
