Get Help with Kintone: Using Self-Guided Resources & Submitting Support Tickets

Kintone has several resources in place to help you create and streamline your apps with ease.  

For those looking to DIY before contacting Kintone's support team, here are several self-guided help resources:

If you are still can't find the answers you need, contact Kintone's live support team. Kintone live support is available Monday through Friday from 9 am to 5 pm PST.

  • How to open a support ticket:
    • Email support@kintone.com
    • Fill out the Support form on our website
    • For Kintone Admins, fill out the Contact Us form at the bottom of Users & System Administration.
  • Call (415) 692-6546
    • Free Trial User Support Ext. 2
    • Existing Customer Ext. 3
