We get it, sometimes things change! That's why we've made it super easy to change your Kintone Subdomain URL. The first section of the Kintone URL (xxxx.kintone.com) can be changed at any time by an Administrator with access to Kintone Store.
How To Change A Kintone Subdomain URL:
- From portal home, click the gear wheel and select Users & System Administration.
- Select Access Control under Security.
- Enter your desired domain name under New Domain Name.
- Click Save.
Please note, once the Subdomain URL is changed, your subdomain cannot be accessed by the previous URL.
